I have worked with Bruce for a few years now and have been friends with him for much longer. when i started training with him I thought it would be kind of awkward because I'm stubborn and don't mind voicing my opinion, but Bruce made working out fun and challenging at the same time. His knowledge of the human body and how different bodies react to exercises is phenomenal, always keeping me motivated and having fun through my workouts. He listened to what i wanted to achieve and tailer made my program for me, all while working my sessions in around my schedule which isn't easy. So thanks Bruce, you have helped me develop a better understanding of my body and given me the tools to to keep pushing forward!

After badly damaging my back I needed help to get myself moving again, reclaim my fitness and strengthen my body back up. I had seen Bruce work with clients at the gym and I was so impressed and intrigued that I thought he would be perfect to help me overcome this injury. He was extremely helpful in every way and always did what was best for me and my back. He helped improve my strength, fitness and confidence. Throughout my recovery Bruce also assisted my healing by giving me regular massages. He is very knowledgeable in many aspects of his work. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Bruce has been training me for a couple of years now, and has kept me motivated and keen to improve my health and fitness. His approach is wholistic and he genuinely cares. He bases our sessions around my individual requirements and will adjust or change exercises to suit, depending on the situation. I can't recommend Bruce highly enough.

I had always been quite fit during my 20's and most of my 30's,boxing and martial arts being my sports of choice.Then got slack and quickly piled on the kgs with a dodgy accompanying the kg's,With the help from bruce i dropped 15kgs and the core work he has put me through has helped stabilise my hip tremendously.I can reccomend him to all ages/gender as his personal contact at training and after hours is exceptional.Thanks very much bruce for helping me reach my goals and also for winning the weight loss bet i had with our mate!

For 12 months Bruce has been my personal trainer. I'm not training to be a triathlete or body builder just simply to be fit and healthy to keep up with the daily demands of running around after a young family. He has kept me motivated and focused to heading towards my goals offering continual advice and positive feedback. Sometimes working, looking after a family and finding that extra time to look after "YOU" can be a struggle....however with flexible training times Bruce makes it easy to find time for it all!

As a Ironman triathlete the demands that i put on my body are extreme to say the least. So to have Bruce in my corner for massage therapy and to help me with my core strength it was ideal. Ive found Bruce to be easy to work in with and always keen to help even on short notice. To be able to find someone that knows whats required to achieve your goals be it a PB for the city2bay or just be able to finish it, his strength training can only have positive results.
